Barack Obama, A Monument to HOPE

It was a political rally in Wisconsin where Obama again won in the Democratic primary among democrats.

He responded to the criticism hurled against him by Hilary Clinton who said that Obama is peddling only hope to the American electorate. To this Obama said:

" When I was two years old, my father left me to the care of my mother and grandparents. They gave only three things: love, education & hope."

Sometimes hope can get a man walking a thousand miles.

Ask the millions of hopeful immigrants flooding into the US since the great gold rush.

I wish we still had hope in this country

We are so blest, happyjoe. Many times, it is only a thread of hope suspendng us us by our waist and preventing us from plunging into the precipice.

At time hope assumes a human face. There are the self-sacrificing OFWs giving hope for a better future for the families left behind here in our apparently hopeless land.

Now, a "probinsiyanong intsik" has given a face to a hope for a revival of truth, justice and morality in our society.

And faith in a God Who, time and again intervenes in our history at the perfect time has always been a source of enduring hope.

After the probinsyanong intsik, i'd like to see the kuripot bumbay, terroristang muslim, tamad bikolano, etc rise against this despot

That's very unfair stereotyping and generalization, happydonkey.
Please apologize to them whom you slurred. Please!

So I'll apologize to myself? I'm a tamad bikolano and tend to be kuripot because I like curry. And there's nothing wrong with this bomb strapped to my chest, right? :)
